Quote of the Week

coming soon...

A Goal Calendar

In an attempt to have more visual goals, I created a calendar with my weekly goals on it. My weigh in days are on Mondays now instead of Sundays. On each Monday I wrote what my goal is, and then a spot for my actual weight. The healthy amount to lose is 2 lbs a week, so I set my weekly's at that; 2 lbs a week. If it happens to be more then that, awesome! If less than 2 lbs, it's ok, I wont fret. I'll just make sure that I did good food wise and make the next week is better!

With a 2 lb a week goal I should be at my goal weight by next June! Perfect timing for my wedding date! which is going to be sometime in August-October (but most likely August).

on a last and more sad note, I have reached my highest weight ever; 209.4. I've done my 'angry at myself' bit and am now over it. I want to be a loser from now on! :)

That's what finally gets me to be serious is when I am angry with myself. Only be mad about not being in control.. and make a CHANGE! Not at yourself perse.

You can do it.. YOu just have to be at that point where enough is enough!

    Love you!

I have been to that point a lot. I'm just such a lazy bum! I'm getting better at traking my food intake on weightwatchers.com. So that is good. And of course the weekends are my worst enemy!
