It's only a 30 minute thing, but I've only been able to do 15 minutes in the past. I'm going to try the 45 minute 3 mile tomorrow! Plus I jogged on my treadmill for about 5 minutes. Awesome! In our new building I'm on the second floor and I have to go up and down stairs a lot throughout the day. For one, the bathroom is downstairs, and when you drink a lot of water and iced tea, you have to pee.. a lot. So there you go. My weigh in days are on Mondays now instead of Sundays. On each Monday I wrote what my goal is, and then a spot for my actual weight. The healthy amount to lose is 2 lbs a week, so I set my weekly's at that; 2 lbs a week. If it happens to be more then that, awesome! I'm so excited to start using it. I just need to get the Nike+ Sensor and a new pair of good running shoes. The running shoes will wait, but I do want the sensor because I can use that just for walking. I've already registered at nikeplus.com so I just need to get started.
